Garden Drainage Surface Water Drains in Garden 5/5

DPDS installed surface water drains in our back garden in July this year but I delayed reviewing their work until we'd had some decent rainfall and a chance to see how it performs. We have clay soil and this is prone to flooding and forming large puddles in the lawn. These took several days to drain away and left the lawn in a very soggy state. I'm delighted to say that the land drains work extremely well and we no longer have an inland lake every time it rains. There are some areas which do still show surface water after a heavy downpour but they clear within a couple of hours, which is a massive improvement. The job was completed on time and with very little mess. After 4 months all evidence of the digging has disappeared and lawn looks great. Many thanks for doing an excellent job and I'd thoroughly recommend DPDS.

Overflowing Rainwater Downpipes Repaired 5/5

“I called Dorset Property & Drainage Solutions after being let down at by another local company. Romy was friendly and helpful and Darren was able to attend at short notice. A survey showed drains were fine but he found an issue with our down pipes not being connected to the drains. Him and his colleague came back to rectify the situation. They worked extremely hard, returned the patio to a better condition than it had been previously and left everything clean and tidy. Fantastic service!”

Surface water drainage problem......SOLVED!

We had a surface water drainage problem that was affecting a neighbour. I contacted DPDS, and a site visit was quickly carried out (on a bank holiday weekend!). The issue was quickly identified, and a quote was emailed to me that same day. The work was carried out over three days with regular photo-updates. Driveway Drainage to prevent Flooding 5/5

“A recent spell of prolonged heavy rain resulted in much of the large gravelled frontage to our bungalow becoming flooded. I found DPDS by chance when Googling for a local firm who could advise me on options and install the preferred solution quickly. Arrangements were made for a site visit the next morning and a very fair quote was emailed to me the following day. Within days of accepting the quote Darren and his Team made a 'crack of dawn' start on the work that needed doing and arrived equally early on the 2nd day to finish the work. I have no hesitation in recommending DPDS. Communication with the office by phone and email was excellent, Darren and his Team worked exceptionally hard throughout and despite digging a number of long and deep trenches as well as a very large and deep hole to install a sump containing a pump, after they had finished nobody would have been able to see that any work had been done at all. If it were possible to award more than 5 stars I would have!!”
