Why a homebuyers drain survey inspection is recommended
It is advisable to have the drains checked before purchasing a property, repairs to the underground pipework can be very costly and quickly add up to thousands of pounds. Even if no faults are identified it would only be a small fee to pay to have peace of mind that there are no unexpected issues like broken or root infested drains.
