New Water Supply Pipe and Boiler Replacement 5/5

Following an external water leak on my property, Darren and Phil undertook a water supply pipe replacement along with a new boiler installation. They undertook the excavation works with care and left the garden as if nothing had been done. The existing boiler removal and fitting of a new Combi Boiler and pipework was also done extremely professionally with minimal disruption. The new boiler works perfectly and their aftercare has also been excellent ensuring everything is working as it should. A first class service and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Sorted out flooding in back garden. 5/5
Nothing but positives to say about DPDS.
From the first contact to the finish of the job they have been nothing but efficient, professional, helpful, Romy kept in contact with us at all times and a good price. Even went the next day to send video of the job following a rain storm. Left the garden looking like they hadn’t even been there.
Would definitely use them again and 100% recommend them.

“They were amenable, diligent and conscientious. They kept us informed and confirmed exact locations to ensure sanitary ware was positioned correctly. They went out of their way to ensure we were not without a toilet and water for as short a time as possible. Whilst they were working building control inspected and the inspector was complimentary on their knowledge and pleased with their work. We would recommend them without hesitation as we are extremely satisfied"

Rainwater Drainage Problem Fixed - Brilliant

Our fixed rainwater pipe was blocked causing excess water overflowing from the water butt. Darren was able to provide a great solution by fitting a new gulley and pipe to our soak away inspection pit. The service we had from our initial call to a very friendly and pleasant Romy, Darrens knowledgeable advice and to the prompt service of the work carried out was second to none. We will certainly use this company again if need be and recommend to our friends and neighbours.

DPDS installed a very effective 26-metre long pumped surface water drainage system in our back garden. A speedy job in spite of very restricted access. They were all very friendly, efficient, quiet and reliable. It was lovely to deal with such a local family-run business. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Reliable ...they came and did quote and explained everything they planned on doing. They inspired confidence in what they were planning to do. Quote was fair.
The work was carried out efficiently and they left everything tidy at the end of the day and when they completed the work it was left tidy.

Garage and Garden Flooding Issues - Drainage Solution
We had a problem with our surface water entering a neighbours garage, and ultimately flooding her garden. This was a huge worry for us and the neighbour. I contacted DPDS, and very quickly a site visit was carried out. The problem was identified, and a quote for the necessary work provided that same day. I accepted the very fair quote, and the work was completed within two weeks! I was kept constantly updated, and at the end of each day I was emailed a set of photos of the progress. Particularly useful as I couldn't be there in person, and they are useful to keep too. The work is of a high standard, carried out by a company who care, and the site, a back garden, was left neat and tidy. Brilliant job. Thank you.

Garden Drainage Surface Water Drains in Garden 5/5

DPDS installed surface water drains in our back garden in July this year but I delayed reviewing their work until we'd had some decent rainfall and a chance to see how it performs. We have clay soil and this is prone to flooding and forming large puddles in the lawn. These took several days to drain away and left the lawn in a very soggy state. I'm delighted to say that the land drains work extremely well and we no longer have an inland lake every time it rains. There are some areas which do still show surface water after a heavy downpour but they clear within a couple of hours, which is a massive improvement. The job was completed on time and with very little mess. After 4 months all evidence of the digging has disappeared and lawn looks great. Many thanks for doing an excellent job and I'd thoroughly recommend DPDS.
